I disabled everything and I still get an unstable framerate. This doesn't happen all the time only sometimes after launching the game. It might be my machine but nothing that I see is causing it run p

It might be my machine but nothing that I see is causing it run poorly at some times. Just 2 hours ago I was playing the same map where I left off and I had over 100fps+
